About Karina
Karina is a qualified Yoga Teacher, passionate about making yoga accessible for anyone.
All of Karina's classes are suitable for beginners, through to those with more experience.
Her style of teaching follows flowing, breath-lead movements threaded together with moments of pause.
My personal yoga path started over 20 years ago.
I initially came to the practice as I liked the idea of seeing what my body was capable of and I liked the way I felt after a yoga class. Over the years I realised the heart of yoga sits not in the body alone, but also in the breath. The practice can help bring about a sense of stillness.
In 2012 I completed my first 200-Hour Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow with Rebecca Ffrench of Yoga London. Since then I've completed another 200 hour qualification with my teacher and friend Mark Whitwell - Heart of Yoga. I've completed other numerous trainings and courses in specialist areas, have attended a variety of workshops, read and studied many books and my study still continues... There is so much to learn!
Yoga is not just a physical practice, it encompasses all areas of your life and in this way, can be truly life changing.
The practice of Yoga just makes life a bit easier to navigate.
I look forward to meeting you.
